Sourcing: Line and header level bill-to

This example demonstrates how to use AFC to calculate taxes for a streaming video T/S pairing using different bill-to PCodes at the header and line levels. The response uses the line level PCode.

In this example:

Customer type is0 (Residential)
Bill-to PCode at the header level is1363100.
Bill-to PCode at the line level is1607900.
Charge for the transaction is $500
T/S pair is57/674 (Digital Goods/Streaming Video - OTT - Live)
