Sourcing: Line level bill-to

This example demonstrates how to use AFC to calculate taxes for a streaming video T/S pairing using only a bill-to PCode at the line level. Note that a bill-to address or PCode is always required at the header level, even if a bill-to PCode is supplied at the line level.

In this example:

Customer type is0 (Residential)
Bill-to PCode is1363100. This is included in the line and header levels.
Charge for the transaction is $500
T/S pair is57/674 (Digital Goods/Streaming Video - OTT - Live)
