Avalara has two environments for AvaTax Brazil: Sandbox and Production. Each environment is completely separate, and each has its own credentials. If you have a Sandbox account, you cannot use that account to log onto Production and vice versa. For developer partners in Brazil, we only release the Sandbox environment for testing.

DSP Contract signed
Kickoff call done

Once you are done with the steps previously described, please send an e-mail to the Brazilian Partner Launch Team: dg-partnerlaunch@avalara.com to request your access.
