During the onboarding process, Avalara creates your AFC Geo SaaS Pro Soap account. You Customer Account Manager provides your username and password, which are then passed as part of the Soap header.
Make note of your username and password. The password is encrypted in the Avalara database and cannot be retrieved, only reset.
