Sandbox testing window

The Avalara AvaTax release schedule includes a preview period. During this time,
the latest software is available for integration testing in the AvaTax Sandbox
Environment two weeks before launching
to production. If your engineering team would like a sandbox account for
integration testing purposes:

  • Development and Solutions Partners
    (DSP), contact your business development manager
  • Avalara customers, contact your
    customer account manager or     open
    a support ticket

Fixes and improvements

SDK enhancements/Bugfixes:

  • Restructured code / dlls to conform to .NET standards to address issue: #133

AvaTax API Enhancements:

  • Added new ServiceType:MLT
  • Added newfield AVTUserBIN at the DocumentLineDetail level.
  • Fix for filtering in the NexusByTaxType API.

Returns API Enhancements:

  • Added new power of Attorney Subscription types.
