Misc: Don’t include reporting information in the response

This example demonstrates how to run AFC calculations using request config options to return additional information in a response. In this example:

Return non-billable taxes (retnb) is enabled.
Return extended data (retext) is enabled.
Return reporting information (incrf) in the response is disabled.
