# About the program

This section aims to clarify the processes and deliverables composed within the certification process of Avalara Brasil.

We understand that for us to support partners with their questions and needs during a development process focusing on a certified and prepared connector for the Brazilian market, some premises and deliverables are extremely relevant during the project. Considering transparency and a better process, the Partner Launch Team presents in this documentation all the phases and milestones that need to be achieved during the program.

The following list describes the parties responsible during the certified integration process.

- The partner presents a schedule detailing development times, unit tests, and integration tests.

- The partner is responsible for supporting customers in production and maintaining the developed connector.
- The partner is responsible for presenting an SLA (Service Level Agreement) plan. We highly suggest partners follow the same SLA that Avalara applies in our operation, as in provided example.

- The partner is responsible for providing training and a guide to support customers.
- The partner can be certified at any time but is only considered "launched" to the market after one customer is in production using the connector.
- Avalara hereby informs the importance of our partners complying with the rules and determinations of the General Data Protection Law - GDPL (Law No. 13,709), not disclosing or exposing customer data.
