# TaxCompliance concepts

TaxCompliance is a reporting solution to generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly SPED compliance filings for companies. This solution handles the specific requirements of compliance reporting at Municipal, State, and Federal levels. It consists of a set of extractors that consolidate all GL, Financial, Chart of Accounts, and transactional data to deliver period-end processing and compliance reporting for our customers.
