# Manage adjustments

Learn how to modify or delete adjustments to ensure accurate and compliant tax returns.

Manage adjustments enables partners to maintain accurate and compliant return liabilities. You can update or remove filing adjustments before a return is approved and filed.

Adjustments help correct errors, apply missing credits or registrations, and reflect updated transaction or compliance data within an open filing period. Review existing adjustments and edit or delete them as needed to ensure that the final liability summary is correct before it’s locked for filing.
