# Transactions overview

In this session, you will have access to the transactions and payload models that allow the construction of a connector with Avatax Brazil for the issuance of merchandise invoices.

It is important to point out that, in this module, we assume that the calculation has already been performed previously (either by Avatax Brazil or with ready data coming from the source system), therefore, the information sent has only the purpose of communicating with the tax authorities to obtaining the electronic invoice, model 55.
