# Verify that you have the VAT/GST entitlement

Learn how to verify if the VAT/GST entitlement is enabled on your Avalara account.

This verification procedure is specific to the VAT ERP solution.

Before continuing with this guide, verify that you have the VAT/GST entitlement enabled on your account.

1.  Sign in to your Avalara account.

2.  Select Settings > Where you collect tax.

3.  Verify that the VAT/GST tab is available, as in the image below.

    -   If you're a technology partner, contact your business development manager if the VAT/GST tab isn't available.

    -   If you're an API client, contact your customer account manager if the VAT/GST tab isn't available.
