Your implementation should include a User Guide that contains screenshots and steps describing how to configure AvaTax, including:

-   Where the company code is entered
-   Where the credentials are entered
-   Where tax codes can be mapped within the application
-   How to identify customer exemptions within the application

This guide should be available online and be kept up to date. Avalara's implementation team and your end users will rely on this guide to more easily get through the onboarding process.
