# Step 7: AI summary and onboarding completion report

Review a summary of completed onboarding actions and download the report if needed.

This step presents a consolidated summary of all onboarding configuration actions completed in the earlier steps.

## When this step occurs

This step occurs after company creation, nexus declaration, item classification, and customer and certificate onboarding steps are complete.

## What the AI agent does

During this step, the AI agent generates an onboarding completion report that summarizes configuration actions performed in Steps 3 through 6.

The summary includes the following information:

-   **Companies created or mapped**

-   **Nexus declarations**, organized by entity and jurisdiction

-   **Item classifications**, including:

    -   Number of items or item groups mapped

    -   Assigned tax codes

    -   Selected storage destination

-   **Customers synchronized**, including:

    -   Total customers synced

    -   Number of tax-exempt customers

-   **Certificates onboarded**, including:

    -   Certificates uploaded

    -   CertExpress invitations sent

This summary is informational only. It doesn’t act as a confirmation gate. All configuration actions were implemented immediately in prior steps.

## Outcome of this step

The user reviews the onboarding summary, can optionally download the report as a PDF for recordkeeping, and proceeds to the final onboarding step.
